Large purple flower plant in Old Town San Diego
Large purple flower plant in Old Town San Diego.
I’ve tried to search for the proper name of this plant for several days now, but I guess my id process of googling for “purple plant” has resulted in zero hits with similar pictures. This particular bush/plant is located in Old Town San Diego, but I’m sure there are others in the area.
Not sure if you can tell from the image, but it’s at least 9 ft tall if not more. The bees and bumble bees were having a feast on the purple flowers.
